This doctor provided great care and took their time to actually examine and listen to my concerns over the infection in my hand. Despite being an extremely busy ED they made me feel reassured that I was receiving the correct treatment. The only criticism I have is about the lengthy wait and the poor facilities in the ED for such a long wait was below expectations.

Didn't even see the doctor told me he didn't have time and that he was on a break after waiting 18 hours that's what I was told. He decided to finish work and not actually tell me me what was wrong with me me and I was told that I would have to wait for the next Doctor another 18 hours
