Mr Neil Cameron Hatrick is not only a very skilled surgeon, but also a very good communicator. Mr Hatrick has always taken great care to explain to me in detail what my condition was, and the surgery required. I was always free to ask questions, which were sensitively received, and always replied to in full. As the patient, I was never 'talked over'. I felt fully confident and supported in his care, and I think as a result of a good and positive surgeon and patient experience, I was more empowered and worked harder with physio, to maximise a good recovery outcome.
