Hi. Mr. Hatrick and the staff did a great job, however getting through the system from the initial GP diagnosis of the shoulder injury to effective help took two years, prior to this every form treatment was tried, the first effective treatment was a cortisone injection guided by ultra sound at the Victoria Lewes, this alone took two years to arrange, this led to four years of relief, and then required another cortisone injection which unfortunately was only good for a few months and then surgery which was first class. The main problem has been trying to arrange effective treatment with the GP, whose failures were many, much pain was endured leading to a severe mental breadown.
