I saw Mr Hatrick following a long period of physiotherapy on my shoulder which was not improving. The appointment process was very quick, and following an initial consultation I was referred for an MRI. Post the MRI, I attended a followup appointment and his frank diagnosis on what the causes could be as well as the options to resolve were a relief despite an ambiguous scan. During the appointment we discussed surgery, and I elected to undergo surgery to ascertain the issue under arthoscopy. We discussed what he may do during the surgery and he was quite reassuring in what was required. Following the surgery he gave me a thorough briefing on what he had done, and to my relief it was minor in comparison to the other options he may have undertaken. My recovery period has been fantastic, backed up with regular physio sessions but I have full range of movement again, without pain!
