From the first meeting I felt that Mr. Hatrick fully understood my problem - very painful right shoulder, especially at night and first thing in the morning. The organisation of appointments and hospital visits could not have been better. My operation was done quickly and very effectively to the point that less than three months later there is not much I can't do. When I can decorate the lounge in a day my wife will be happy. I can already get back under my old car and do whatever needs to be done. Mr. Hatrick's manner is easy and familiar and he puts you instantly at your ease. He listens and seems to know your concerns before you express them. I feel I could not have received better traetment. I raided the piggy bank to afford this operation. I can honestly say it was worth every penny.
