Mr. Hatrick operated on my left shoulder, which had been giving me pain for 2 or 3 years during which time I had a number of injections and physiotherapy. It was finally decided that a Total Shoulder Replacement was the only remaining option. I had the operation on 4 July 2018 and am writing this review on 5 November 2018. Everyone at the hospital were professional and caring. I felt safe, cared for and grateful to them all and I can honestly say that I owe a new lease of life to Mr. Hatrick and his team. The operation was followed by physiotherapy carried out by Radius Healthcare at Sussex County Cricket Club who were kind and took great care with the follow up treatment. I now have no pain in my shoulder and my mobility and quality of life has improved to the point that I need to take care not to overdo it, especially in my garden, which I love. Thank you all.
