Mr Hatrick was friendly, professional and realistic. I had a shoulder operation that went as planned - and achieved me the stability I needed. I have been advised on what exercises may lead to relapse and although I have 90% movement now it is more stable than it has been since I was 15 and it first dislocated. Thank you for your help.
