Following a fall out of the loft I needed to see a consultant with a view to some treatment. When you attend the GP for a referral it’s a bit like picking a lucky dip. I had attended the Montefiore Hospital in Brighton before and had good service for a previous operation. The organisation at the hospital is second to non. Met Mr Hatrick. A normal bloke who was easy to get on with and he listened. A great quality to have.I had ligaments reattached in my shoulder. Pre op. Magnificent! Explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it together with the risks. Operation very successful. Very neat work. Tiny Incisions which healed quickly. The recovery was slow because of the type of surgery. I worked hard on the physio and was followed up with consultations by Mr Hatrick. 3 months and I am 100% recovered. Every now and again you meet a true professional who treats you like an individual and not a number, Mr Hatrick is the name. I can truly recommend this very professional consultant. A pleasure to have provided this reference. John Rogers
