Once I eventually got to see Mr Hatrick after being given the run around. Things started to happen. He put me on his emergency list and within three weeks of seeing him, I was operated on which was a success. Aftercare was excellent, however it took seven months in the system before the operation which was not down to Mr Hatrick but a fault of the local NHS trust.
