The care was great and the surgery went really well. My collar bone is fixed and I have no pain. Scheduling was a challenging, with COVID and availability this resulted in a total of 8 months from when I broke my collar bone to having the plate removed. If it is possible to decrease this time scale at all that would be the only way to improve my care.
