I had shoulder replacement surgery at the Princess Royal Hospital. The operation was extremely successful- Mr Hatrick explained everything to me in advance and at follow up consultations. He is very straightforward, approachable and answered any questions I had. The timing of the surgery was managed to fit in with my travel schedule and everyone I dealt with through this process was very capable and helpful. If one has to have this surgery I throughly recommend Mr Hatrick and his team. Three months later I am able to fasten my bra.
