Mr Hatrick was professional, kind and courteous at all times (as were the amazing team of people who looked after me at the Princess Royal, Haywards Heath.) I felt I could ask questions freely (sometimes the same question more than once if I felt it necessary) and he was happy to explain things in a way that I could understand. I received excellent care at all times and the operation was a great success giving me back a range of movement I haven’t had in quite a while and, practically eliminating the pain in my shoulder.
