I went to see Mr Hattrick following a fall which led to a broken shoulder & then a frozen shoulder. Mr Hattrick was efficient and thorough in his diagnosis of the problem and clear about what I might expect from the treatment his prescribed. He told me that the issue would take time to resolve and that nature would be a better healer than surgery, but that if nature did not resolve the problem then surgery remained an option. Fortunately nature did the business! Mr Hattrick also liaised with my physiotherapist and assisted me when making a claim for a cancelled holiday.
