On my first visit Mr Hatrick quickly identified that I had incurred a massive tear to the rotator cuff which would need surgery. On the day of surgery he clearly explained to me what procedure he intended to carry out. He was also very straight about the potential down sides which helped me manage my expectations. My subsequent physio treatment and follow up visits with Mr Hatrick have ensured that I have made significant progress, in fact beyond the level of recovery that I had anticipated by this time. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone, with shoulder or similar injuries, to Mr Hatrick for treatment.
