Having suffered for many years with arthitis in my left shoulder which impacted greatly on my quality of life and my ability to perform normal everyday tasks I was greatly relieved to finally have my operation in August 2021. The delay caused by the cancelation of operations due to Covid left me in excruciating pain which severely impacted my ability to sleep and consequently my ability to function normally during the day. The operation itself had been fully explained to me and entailed an overnight stay in hospital. The follow up care with nurses from my local practice and ongoing physiotherapy enabled me to slowly progress to a pain free full mobility of my shoulder. Mr Hatrick and all his team are to be highly recommended for the wonderful work that they do. A sincere thank you to everyone involved in my care.
