I came to Mr Hatrick in considerable pain with very limited range of movement and having lost faith in my previous consultant who had performed an ORIF to repair my right shoulder after a bad cycling accident. Following X-rays and a CT scan Mr Hatrick recommended removal of the existing plate and pins and that I should have a reverse shoulder replacement. I had no hesitation in agreeing to this surgery as I found Mr Hatrick to be highly professional and I had every confidence in him. He is very approachable and kind and always addressed any concerns I had very promptly either by phone or email. As I write this review I am nearly four months post- op and am not in any pain. My range of movement is as expected and I feel I can now get on with my life. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr Hatrick and only wish I had seen him before my first surgery as I honestly believe he would have achieved a better outcome than my previous consultant.
