Sally gave me confidence from the beginning of the first appointment (I am comparatively new to her practice). She listens carefully and checks her understanding of what you are saying, and is approachable, friendly and relaxed, which makes it easy to talk with her. At the same time, she is knowledgable and professional, explaining everything carefully and clearly, so you know what is going on all the time. She comes over as dedicated to both her profession and the patient.
