Very, very caring and understanding. I was a complete wreck when I went there. Was totally made at ease, by both the dental surgeon and her assistant. Explained everything to me and explained what would happen. Apart from the injections, I never felt a thing. An absolute angel of a lady who has restored my faith in dentists.

I was offered the appointment with only a few days notice. I was not given any information at that time about what to expect, how long it would take, how painful extraction would be and how long afterwards I would be in pain. The appointment was very quick and more uncomfortable than painful. Straight after I was told I could go so I went although I felt giddy. I was not given the aftercare pack. I was told during the procedure what aftercare I should do and I had to try and remember that. I was told to bite down on the gauze for half an hour which I did. I have had considerable pain since and am hoping it will go by tomorrow as I have ‘googled’ it and google says it should last 3 days. I have also had to carry on working as I’ve not been able to book time off due to work load (I work for the NHS). I wish I had been given the aftercare pack and I wish I could have sat down for 5 minutes before I left.

I would totally recommend this dentist. After a previous bad experience at another dentist the whole experience of my tooth removal was nearly painless. Thank you so much.

I came in as a very nervous patient for an extraction of my very back upper tooth, there was very little tooth to work with left, i felt it was going to be a very difficult extraction. I genuinely couldnt believe it when i was told after just a few minutes that its was all done, no pain at all. The team were fantastic, listened to me when i spoke about how nervous i was, made every effort to reasure me and make me feel comfortable. I was given after care advice and spare guase in case i needed it. A very proffessional service that clearly care and want the best for thier patients. I would highly reccomend.
