We have just come to the end of a long journey with Miss Rimes. My daughter has been under her care for 3 or so years due to having been born with a cleft lip and palate. My daughter had two alveolar bones grafts and her subsequent orthodontist work was carried out by Miss Rimes. Miss Rimes was always easy to talk to, explained everything to me and my daughter. Miss Rimes was always firm and honest about my daughters brushing ensuring that when her braces came off there would be no marks! We had the braces removed a couple of weeks ago and her teeth look amazing, we are so pleased. Miss Rimes comes highly recommended by us.

Miss Rimes has been my orthodontist for many years, as part of my bilateral cleft lip and palate treatment. Words do not do justice for how lucky I feel to have received her exceptional care and how grateful I am for her expertise. I recently had orthognathic jaw surgery and Miss Rimes went above and beyond in ensuring the coronavirus pandemic did not delay my progress with this. Miss Rimes helped me feel very prepared for this procedure and the aftercare I received surpassed my expectations. Most importantly, it was so nice to hear her reassurance which resonated with exactly how I was feeling and answered all of my questions during each step of my speedy recovery. I have now had my braces removed and I am over the moon with the results! I wear my new smile with confidence and have received many compliments from family and friends on how perfectly straight my teeth are. I never had any complications with my braces and I always felt relaxed and safe in the dental chair - PPE and attention to hygiene was also outstanding. Miss Rimes worked fantastically with the wider professionals in my Cleft Team and I particularly liked that she kept me informed of my scheduled healthcare by telling me what would happen at my future appointments because it made me feel connected with my healthcare. I can highly recommend Miss Rimes to anyone who wishes to undergo their respective treatment. I have every confidence in Miss Rimes and I have enjoyed attending my appointments. Her contagious positive personality is reflected in her happy colleagues and it is her can-do attitude and passion for her work that continues to inspire me in my own role as an employee of the NHS.
