Dr Jesani is amazing. From the moment I first met her she looked after me. She took me on even though she did not have to, but she did because she knew it would be better for me. I suffer with severe anxiety and the dentist in general is so stressful so I never imagined I would be able to get braces. I honestly do not think I would have been able to if it was not for Dr Jesani. She helped me through every step and she is so understanding. I did not even have to say how I was feeling or what I needed to make me less anxious, she just knew. She would talk me through everything before and during doing it, she always reassured me and if I was getting too anxious she would calm me down. It never felt like I was part of the job to her, that was she does is just a job for her but wow, she is so good at what she does! I remember the first few times she sorted my braces, I was in awe. She was so calm and careful in what she was doing but so efficient. My Mum and I both walked out and were like ‘wow!’ Dr Jesani, is incredible at what she does but she is also an incredible human. I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, and then I was terrified of going to the hospital for orthodontics! However, because of Dr Jesani and her kindness, each time I visited I was a little less scared. After years of her going above and beyond to help me, tomorrow is our final session together. And I am going to it alone, something I have never done but now feel like I can because of her. I used to dread going to my appointments, but I am going to miss them. Not because of what I had done, I am so grateful to Dr Jesani for making my teeth so much better. I am going to miss them because I am going to miss Dr Jesani. She is so talented, skilled, all the words you would use to describe someone that is absolutely unbelievable in what they do, but she is so much more than that. She is a beautiful human being and my life is better for having known her.

I have just finished treatment with Dr Jesani after a combination of fixed appliances and jaw surgery. Her treatment from my first visit 4 years ago to my final visit today was second to none. Dr Jesani takes a holistic approach with her patients and always ensures that your needs are listened to and met to the best of her abilities. Clinically, her work has always been exemplary and I have always felt safe being under her care. It has been an absolute pleasure being Dr Jesani’s patient and I am saddened that this is the end of the journey. She is an excellent orthodontist and a credit to the orthodontics team at Walsall manor hospital. I would definitely recommend Dr Jesani to anyone who wants the best treatment.
