Have received transit chair, I have no one to push, therefore because of my medical conditions I would want a powered chair, I am housebound. V. good care/service received by TA. - (TA wrote on behalf of client, as unable to write English).

Client reported he is really happy by receiving the wheelchair, as it will enable client to go out with family & carers. He also reported very happy with today's visit, communication was very clear & chair demonstrated with clear instructions.
