Very happy.
Very good service, clear and concise.
- Having both the clinical lead (CL) + senior mobility engineer working together to improve + mend my chair seating. footplate, back support + driving gadget ie "control" was a bonus.
- Undivided attention for 90+ mins + their determination + adjustments to get it right & do the best they could.
- The service today was great + they worked together well + they lift my mood (I'm mostly tired + miserable).
- It seems a long time since the CL's assessment was done - October 29/18. (Feb 26 today).
- The outside sunshine and outside butterflies also helped.
We were shown how to use the wheelchair and alse how my grandmother would be most comfortable in the chair.
It was very efficient from start to finish.
