Matt was very friendly and helpful.
He listened to what was troubling me and went through useful exercises that I could do at home.
He also referred me on to the women's health physio for more specific support as I am pregnant and suffering with pregnancy related back and hip pain and SPD.
I also attended my appointment on my day off and had to bring my 2 year old. This was not seen as a problem at all and my daughter was made welcome at my appointment with me.
Friendly and approachable gave constructive ideas for my problem
Very useful to have a drop in service at work. Matt was knowledgeable and confident about my injury and gave me the confidence not to pursue any further medical assessment.
Matt was very understanding and patient with me. He seemed to understand what my problems were much more than any other professional I have seen before regarding my back. He was very knowledgable and was able to relay quite advanced information about the body to me in ways that I was able to understand. I am much more aware now of what I can do to help relieve the pain I have and know that I could always rely on his expert advice should I run into more trouble in the future.
Fantastic service. Matt was really attentive and listened to my concerns. He was very professional and I left the consultant feeling motivated and positive with a few extra exercises up my sleeve to try out
