What a treasure this lady is always ready to listen and then do all in her power to get you answers. A very knowledgeable lady who will move heaven and earth to help you to get the answers that you want, to reassure you if in doubt and never in any rush to get away. She works some very long hours some of which are not in her shift hours and will not give up until she has the answers for you,. What an asset to Manchester Royal I just wish there were a lot more like you in our Hospitals they would all run so much better. Thank you Sharan for all you do for us patients
