Very caring, patient, appropriate and responsive. i was involved every step of the way.
Nothing. It was really effective for me.
Denise is extremely helpful and efficient
Denise was wonderful and would be so patient and explain extra things all the time for me when I had a hard time understanding something . She would always be available to talk and was quick to respond.
Having adhd means that situations like forms and emails can be so stressful and anxiety ridden but I didn’t get that at all with psychiatry uk it’s a brilliant set up for patients to use as I was able to talk to Denise when I needed to ! . Thank you again
Denise is such a supportive and patient person.
When starting titration I got things a little confused, but Denise took the time to help me in understanding how things worked.
I was talked through the medication stages and what I needed to do and I was supported with a medication dose that suits me and discharged back to my GP.
Denise made me aware that they are still there in the back ground for any additional support or questions if needed.
To say I have been given life changing information about myself, the whole experience has been amazing and I have felt, so, at ease.
Thank You Denise
