Denise B (prescribing nurse) has been wonderful and I couldn't fault the service and care she provided. She was professional, courteous, understanding... I could go on! The titration/medication process went smoothly and I felt supported the whole time. Regularly reviewing how the medication affected me (in terms of side effects and how it helped my symptoms), and adjusting it accordingly, reassured me that my health and wellbeing were priorities. I now have a prescription that suits my needs and has improved my overall quality of life. I will be forever grateful to the people involved in my care/treatment.

Denise was amazing, she answered all of my concerns about the medication I was prescribed and explained my treatment plan to me. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and replied to my messages quickly. I could not have had a better experience and I greatly appreciate her work!

Denise was an amazing titration nurse when I trialled Adhd medication. She and my consultant at Psychiatry UK were incredibly patient and accommodating with all my comments and requests when it came to what medication to try and how and when to take it. She would often come back to me on times when I didn’t think she’d be online anymore (outside 9-5 and in weekends), as I was sadly quite patchy with my follow-ups. Despite the medicated route not working for me due to the side effects exceeding the benefits, I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse.
