Colette was so friendly and nice which made me feel at ease throughout. She was excellent at explaining everything in a way I could understand. I didn’t feel like I was annoying or being rushed out, which I have experienced at various GP surgeries before. It was nice to feel listened to and feel as though the staff genuinely care.
