Catherine was introduced to me after a major operation as I was going through a very difficult time after leaving hospital.
Her home visits and her cheerful personality and words of wisdom gave me inspiration and now I'm pleased to say that I am well on the road to recovery.
I recommend her to anyone that is having a difficult time after a stay in hospital.
Many thanks to NHS for selecting this type of lady who is very patient and caring about her career.

Catherine was an invaluable part of my stay at Caterham dene hospital. Her input and support allowed me to work much better with the physios and without these services running alongside each other I don't feel I would have made the same progress. I continue to use the techniques daily to manage my care at home and has resulted in me overcoming my fears and venturing out to the local area.
She ensured that I settled in from my transfer from Caterham Dene hospital to home and that the subscribed anti-depressants were working and the right strength. She also arranged for information relating to care and general matters relating to my disability to be sent to me.
Her visits were reassuring.
Catherine listens patiently and responds honestly. She makes me feel that my feelings are important to her and that she is working with me to help me through these times where I am not "myself". I believe with her help I can eventually return to my former positive state of mind.
Catherine is a very kind and thoughtful person.
She is a very good listener and never judges. She encourages you and compliments you when you are doing well.
I am very grateful that I met Catherine.
