I completely echo others recommendations and positives of working with Carol as my titration nurse. She was quick to respond, listened to my concerns, gave good advice. Was supportive and flexible and knowledgeable. She also didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone for a real conversation when it was easier than interpreting my rambles and queries.
