Ade is absolutely fantastic. She would always go above and beyond, often responding within hours and being extremely flexible, understanding and efficient. An issue with ADHD is misorganisation, which led to me sometimes not ordering my prescription on the right dates - however, Ade always sent my prescription out the next day with first class post often at a moment's notice. She was very thorough, reassuring and competent. Thank you for making a huge difference in my life.

Ade is always very quick to respond to messages, questions and requests and has been very easy to work with during my titration period. Couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you Ade! BW Steve

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Independent Prescriber (Extended Formulary)

Profile

I am a registered clinical nurse, specialised in Adult ADHD, with almost 20yrs experience working with one of the National Health Service (NHS) in London. I am a member of the Royal College of Nursing, graduated from university of Greenwich with a degree in psychiatry nursing and later at London South Bank University with a graduate certificate in Independent Nurse Prescribing.

My background is psychiatry nursing with excellent experience in working with multi-disciplinary colleagues within the adult in-patient psychiatry units and the community psychiatry team. I do have a very good knowledge of mental state assessment and clinical management of care, tailored to individual specific needs, by acknowledging the possibility of comorbidity of other diagnosis, either physical, mental or psychologically issues.

As an independent nurse prescriber, i do have good clinical experience of working in collaboration with consultant psychiatrists, by monitoring the titration of medication and provides clinical support to service users, in order to aid compliance and adherence to their prescribed treatment to achieve the therapeutic effectiveness of their treatment journey.
