I would like to thank Kay for her support at the breast clinic. Very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and empathetic in her approach. This means a lot to all those who visit the clinic whether they are waiting results, surgery or further treatment. A caring, supportive individual makes a difference and Kay is one special person.

Kay explained in detail everything about my condition. Lead me through the folder about breast cancer and clarified several question. She was clear, precise, and caring.

Kay went above and beyond in what anyone would expect her to. From the moment I was under her care she took the time to explain things clearly to me and listen to my questions. This made me feel so reassured during a rather scary time for me. I am so thankful to Kay for everything she did and is doing for me.

Kay was one of the nurses I spoke to regarding a concern I had and she didn't hesitate for me to come to the hospital to see her to have my wound checked and to put me at ease. Once discharged from hospital she also reassured me by saying that if I had any other ongoing concerns with regards to my treatment to get in touch and I would still be seen.
