I would like to thank all of the wonderful staff at Burton Breast Care Unit for the care that I have received from them since January this year. In particular, I would like to give special thanks to Kay Harrison who has on more than one occasion gone the extra mile to help alleviate my worries. Kay is very caring and compassionate and the advice she has given me has been very reassuring. When I have phoned BBCU for advice, Kay has made sure that she manages to see me during very busy clinics and has always been so understanding and helpful. Kay is a great asset to BBCU and is clearly very knowledgeable in her job. Thank you Kay, you have helped me so much through a very worrying and difficult time.

Kay is my Florence nightingale. She has been compassionate, friendly & professional since day one. She has & continues to take great care of me & I trust her implicitly. I miss her when she isn’t there for my appointments, although the other staff are fabulous.

I would like to thank all the staff at burton hospital breast care clinic, breast care nurse Kay Harrison who was really kind and understanding also mrs Williams Jones who was my consultant also really kind and under standing ,as I had to have a mastectomy and reconstruction my care and treatment has been exceptional S a chatwin
