Kay has given my daughter and myself so much of her time, care and attention. I feel I can email her whenever I'm worried about something and i know she will email or phone back with the right information and way forward. She never makes you feel like you're wasting her time and I know she is so busy . We're very lucky to have Kay as our specialist nurse and wish she would continue with my daughter's care when she moves to the adult section. Kay is worth more than 5 stars!
