Great care and really helpful. Quick responses and always helpful. Really recommend, definitely made the entire process much easier for me.
Jenni was great - she really listened to my concerns when I had them and made sure I understood every step of the process until I was happy with my dose. Thank you!
Jenni was always responsive and gave me all the info I asked for; also let me judge my medication titration at my own pace, rather than strict deadlines.
I'm very pleased with the experience I received from my nurse, they were able to deal with any challenging request promptly and completely. I felt listened to and appreciated their advice.
Jenni was really helpful, responding to my messages quickly and letting me know what I needed to do and what to expect. She was really friendly and easy to communicate with.
