Very pleased with the service received always comes across as kind and caring whilst remaining precessional
Very understanding and helpful with quick replies along with suggestions to help with my medication,
Seems to really enjoy her job which is hard to come by these days honestly couldn’t recommend her enough,
True asset to the company.
Any questions I had were constantly ignored and I would have to ask multiple times to get an answer. Any concerns about my health were dismissed or waited out until I felt I had to move on with the process. Plus, I felt pressured by being constantly reminded that I might have to be discharged or discontinue the medication.
The care was very good and communication was consistent and attentive. Jenni listened throughout the process and was a great help.
Jenni Unsworth was great in assisting me through the titration process. Her messages were always clear leaving no room for confusion, and her response time was always fast. She presented me with several clear options for medication doses, and guided me through the titration process. My only issues were with the medication types available. My titration process would've been better and more informed had I had more options but this was due to the current shortages, and not the nurse.
Was very helpful with sorting out my ADHD medication and finding a dosage that worked for me.
Mrs Jenni Unsworth was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
