Really accessible, secure site when being treated through Psychiatry UK- able to access my notes, medical forms and weekly titration monitoring etc. all in one portal, making this very easily accessible and easy to understand when treating remotely. When I had a bad experience with the first medication we tried, I wrote to my prescriber who responded very promptly and organised a good follow up plan. I feel I was listened to and cared for well, and would always recommend this service to patients going through their NHS Right to Choose pathway, seeking their ADHD diagnosis and treatment.
Very helpful and cheerful, goes above and beyond to provide as much help as she can!
Jenni made me feel so much better about titration for adhd meds. It can be daunting and hard to start something like this alone so couldn’t have done it without all her help and support :)
Jenni was really patient with the numerous changes to my care plan and reassured me every step of the way. I felt understood and safe in her care.
She is extremely knowledgable and this is evident in her advice and recommendations. I felt Jenni would listen to any concerns I had and was proactive in resolving concerns and adjusting my medication.
The medication has been life changing for me and I could not have gone as smoothly without Jenni’s guidance and expertise. Thank you, Jenni.
Quick responses and helpful guidance when dealing with major side effects and issues with dosage. The portal would sometimes automatically create new monitoring forms even after the completion of the final sixth monitoring form.
Mrs Jenni Unsworth was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
