She was immaculate; always responded in a reasonable time; gave great advice and helped me progress through the titration stage efficiently and listened to any requests/suggestions I had.
Jenni Unsworth went above and beyond to help me through this titration period; she was extremely helpful with helping me learn treatment options and understand how the medication should work to find the correct dose. Jenni understood the importance of getting this medication out on time. I started the titration period during exams so I was on a tight schedule between receiving medication; she understood this and got the medication out to me on time. Jenni was also very responsive and answered all my questions. I was nervous when starting this new program but she made it super easy and clarified everything; I would recommend her to anyone starting ADHD medication. She was great.
Jenni has been very good with answering any questions I have had and has helped a lot throughout the process.
She listened to my every concern and was very proactive in helping me manage my condition.
She was very kind and patient, and made me feel safe and comfortable in my interactions with her.
Has been a great help with my medication and any queries or issues I have had. Responses were always very quick and very informative and helpful.
Mrs Jenni Unsworth was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
