Cannot say enough good things about Heather, her care before and after surgery went above and beyond her duties, and had a very challenging and stubborn patient in myself. She was very professional in all of her duties and at the same time empathetic to my needs. Through all this her sense of humour bolstered both my wife and myself and kept us going.
