Two months ago I was seen at King George Hospital by Mrs Aureliana-Elena Ursu. She was very kind to explain and demonstrate how to use the CPAP therapy. She further told me that gradually I will be feeling the benefits of the therapy and she was right. I am already getting the benefits! My sleep has improved and I feel more energetic the next day. Wherever I had a question Mrs Ursu is there to answer and advice me. I am very thankful for her service and to this therapy as the quality of my sleep has improved considerably.

Nothing, I was incredibly happy to have Aura help me with the setting up of my CPAP machine and the aftercare and support received, even with DVLA Paperwork for getting me driving again. Thanks Aura for all your help. It’s been a great “service user” experience.
