I am very much impressed by Mrs Aurelian-Elena Ursu. Actually, I visited the clinic without an appointment to have the facemask replaced. Nurse Aura immediately attended to me and taken to her cabin where we checked my previous 3 months report, printed Copy given, also explained in detail the progress during this period. Replacement Facemask given and advised to use the Humidifier to help with the dryness to the mouth/nose. Overall I am fully satisfied the way, I was treated on my visit today. Full marks for the helpful and courteous service provided and I could say without any hesitation that Mrs Aura Ursu, Sleep Nurse is the best.

This nurse was so lovely , she didn’t rush the appointment she explained everything and put me at ease and could see I was scared. I actually enjoyed my appointment and was dreading it lol. Really was kind and lively and a credit to the NHS , look forward to my follow up appointment x
