1/12/21 -Review re Sleep Apnea nurse Aura Ursu - 30/11/21 11am KGH Appointment 30/11/21 at 11am - Sleep Apnea. Myself Ian Draper and my wife Catherine Draper as my carer saw Nurse Aura Ursu yesterday. She was very polite, pleasant, kind, knowledgable, helpful and understanding. She showed both myself and my wife how to use the Sleep Apnea Machine and allowing my wife to take photos so we could remember later when using the CPAp machine. We both left the hospital saying how encouraging and helpful she was and we must email her and let her know. We were able to use the machine as described and it proved helpful for us both and we will become more confident with each night. Before we could email today Nurse Aura rang to see how it had gone, which was very kind of her and again she was able to help us with a couple of questions we had. We can highly recommend her in her nursing skills and knowledge in the field of Sleep Apnea.
