This was the only person in the entire hospital who made me feel respected and listened to. After asking for pain relief for over 4 hours, Simon continued to chase the doctors and setting me up for the night after 4 hours after triage and 2 hours after CT scan and still no pain relief. He made sure to check on me and actually provided care to his patient.
