Really good experience. Honest when needed and took what I said into account.
Quick responses from staff, really helpful and understanding of any issues I had
Very responsive and seemed to consider the side effects on me. She also listened to my wants and concerns of the medication
Hannah always replied quickly and had clearly taken in and thought about what I had reported. It was my first experience with a remote nurse which slightly dented the trust element in the experience. It was nothing that Hannah did or didn't do that impacted trust just the facelessness of the process.
Good communication and helpful
