Hannah responded rapidly to all questions and concerns, even throughout the holiday period. She was a delight to converse with!
Hannah really listened to me during the titration and kept Changing things accordingly until we got the best results.
The only note for improvement I would add is that every month the prescription and refill process was down to the wire which was quite stressful. Other than that, my titration nurse was responsive, caring, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns and I’m very happy with the process and treatment.
Hannah was an excellent nurse. She provided detailed and helpful answers to any query that I made throughout my treatment. She generally responded swiftly to my notes in order to further my treatment, and went out of her way at times to prioritise my care when my needs were pressing. I had some issue with the overall structure of service provided by Psychiatry UK in terms of time delays, but this issue was not with Hannah, who helped to mitigate these troubles. I am very grateful for her help and wish her all the best in future.
Hannah was tremendously helpful for what has been over 6 months. She was very clear and responsive in her communication.
