Hannah was informative, patient and thoughtful when working out the right dose for me, despite what I appreciate is an incredibly busy time due to the rise in referrals. At no point did I feel rushed despite having a long titration period, and I felt really listened to. She always replied quickly when I needed it e.g. needing to get a prescription raised and was helpful in her guidance.
