Hannah has been warm and supportive throughout the titration process. She explained everything clearly and always took the time to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole process a lot clearer and less daunting. I also appreciated how quickly Hannah would reply to my messages and action anything that was needed. This combined with the easy-to-use platform made this whole process very easy, which was especially appreciated given the reason I am here (ADHD) can make these sort of things much harder for me!
