Anna was great. She phoned me ahead of the appointment to answer any questions I had beforehand. Whilst at the appointment she took the time to talk me through what was happening, taking into consideration the concerns I had & spending time reassuring me. Her bedside manner was warm and calming. & I have ensured my follow up appointment is with Anna as she made quite a daunting procedure as comfortable as possible.
