The 2 Doctors-firstly over the phone and, then, at the OOH service were excellent. They understood the situation and could make clinical decisions important to our child’s care within an appropriate timeframe. Excellent Doctors; knowledgeable and kind.

I was treated with extreme kindness by everyone but I could not alwyas understand what was going on.

Did not always understand technical terms and did not know what would happen next kind staff did try to explain.

I received the very best care. Many times better than, at the John Radcliffe where I felt forgotten and ignored for many hours before being sent home with some medication for my pneumonia.
