The best thing about the care was that people listened and tried to sort out any problems on the whole. There were times when staff didn't have the time for this which made it difficult.

Good - seen quickly on arrival. Inhaler waiting for me - was expecting to have to go to out of hours pharmacy as well. Very happy. Great staff.
Improvements I had to call 111 back after 75 minutes without response was called back quickly there after.
