The staff are kind and friendly. The food is tasty but a bit boring.

Sometimes I don’t hear about my treatment in a timely manner, I’m the last to know. When I go to the JR the days are too long, I am left waiting often for a long time, it’s painful and undignified.

Not always informed about treatment in timely way, same at Bicester. Travelling to and from clinics is really challenging, timings often unclear and have to wait a long time, and can painful and undignified.

Much more organised here, sometimes waiting for bells, food very good but a bit dull.

Feel that sometimes not fully informed about what’s going on and have felt on one specific occasion like I was being ignored and treated as if my voice didn’t matter. Very much hoping this was a ‘one off’ as in all other cases I cannot fault the treatment and care.

Slow answers to call bells sometimes, can take a long long time.
